TruTrade has a no questions asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products delivered to you, you can either return the products to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. The following are the timelines for which you need to raise a refund for various products:
- Fruits & Vegetables : 24 Hours
- Cereals, Pulses, Spices, Sugar and Confectionaries : 7 Days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The refund value for these returned items shall be added to your TruTrade Wallet.
